Hi, We are planning our next visit in April 2013 - we are DVC members and our home resort id Bay Lake Tower but this time would like a different experience. Our boys are 6 and 2 - Boardwalk or Beach Club?

    Hi Gary,

Thank you so much for this question.  Although both of the resorts that you are looking at are fantastic, I would choose the Beach Club Villas for your family.  The location of both resorts are on the Boardwalk so you will be able to walk to Epcot and walk or take the boat to Hollywood Studios.  Since your boys are six and two, I think they will just love Stormalong Bay at the Beach Club.  This is a water park that is so much fun for everyone!  The pool has a sand bottom, and there also is a lazy river.  Your boys will love exploring the Shipwreck and slide down its slide.  There are also two other quiet pools and a kiddie pool!  I think you will just love staying here, Gary!  At Cape May Cafe at this resort, there is a character breakfast meal where Goofy and his friends are dressed in beach clothes.  This would be a wonderful way to start the morning!   There is also Beaches & Cream Soda Shop which deserves a visit!   Not only do they have fantastic sandwiches, I would recommend ordering the "Kitchen Sink."  You will need to come hungry as it holds eight scoops of ice cream with lots of toppings and a whole can of cream!  Both of these resorts book up fast so I would make a reservation at your seventh month window.  Welcome Home, Gary!
