    Hi We are planning our next trip, but before we book our full pkg, my son will be turning 10 midway through the vacation. Do they base the package on his age at check in? Thank you! Sadie

    I'm so happy to help you get ready for your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, which is going to be even more special because you will be celebrating your son's birthday during your trip! Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place for a celebration and I know your son is going to have a fantastic birthday trip. Be sure to add your son's birthday to your reservation when you book your vacation package and pick up a complimentary birthday celebration button from the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel so Cast Members and other Guests can join in the party.

    A visit to Walt Disney World Resort truly keeps you young because Guests don't age during their trip. This means that your son's age on your check-in day will be the age used for the entire duration of your vacation, even with his magical birthday occurring during your trip. So your son will be considered 9 years old for the duration of your vacation, which means you will save money on his tickets and dining plan (if you will be using one) that can be used for extra souvenEARs and Dole Whips!
