Hi, We are planning our first Disney trip for end of April or early May 2013 with kids 11 & 17. Suggestions for which parks would be more interesting for them? Also my husband has health issues and cannot eat in restaurants, how should we plan our me

Hello Paulette, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel!

Congratulations on your family´s first Walt Disney World vacation,

First timers will enjoy one full day at all four Disney theme parks.  If visiting for 2 or 3 full days at the parks, adding the Park Hopper Option is the only way to enjoy access to all four theme parks.
Each theme park offers excellent attractions, events, restaurants and a great environment for a memorable family experience.
    • Magic Kingdom: more attractions and activities
    • Epcot: more restaurants and comfort
    • Animal Kingdom: great animal experiences and beautiful setting
    • Hollywood Studios: more action and thrills
During your visit you should be able to experience low to moderate crowd levels at the parks.
Make sure to make the most of early and late night hours at the parks, when crowd levels tend to be really low.

Walt Disney World restaurants offer a great selection of meals, including special meals for guests with allergies or other health issues.
I suggest calling Disney Dining at (407) 939-3463 and find out what options there are for your family.
Also ask what kind of meals you may bring into the parks for our husband.

Thank you for visiting and letting us help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
Hope to hear again from you.
