Hi, We are planning our very first cruise for Feb 11 2012. We are all so very excited and it is just a few days until we can make our reservations fo Palo and excursions. I was wondering what the cancellation policy is for canceling a scheduled excursion.

    Hi, Darlene!

Congratulations on your first Disney cruise! Planning and anticipating your vacation is almost as much fun as sailing on your voyage!

When you book a Port Adventure, you can usually make changes or cancellations without penalty up to three days before Embarkation Day. After then, the fee for the shore excursion is charged to your shipboard account. There are certain cancellation policy exceptions made for various shore excursions, but the Port Adventures Desk can give you all the details once you're on board.

For Palo, if you cancel or change your reservation while you're on board, you'll need to give the restaurant at least 24 hours notice.  I hope this helps you plan, and please let me know if I can help you with other questions.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
