    Hi- We are a party of 3 adults and an infant. I was wondering if we are able to upgrade a single ticket (for our nanny) to a Park Hopper ticket or do we have to upgrade all 3 tickets? Thank you, Bobbie

    A warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for visiting us with your great question about upgrading Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

    Bobbie, your nanny’s ticket is eligible for an upgrade as long as it is within 14 days of her theme park ticket’s first use and the ticket has remaining admissions. You can pick and choose which tickets to upgrade. You never have to upgrade all of your family's tickets at the same time! In fact, I have chosen to do this in the past when traveling with my family.

    Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket upgrades must be made in person at any of the following locations:

    •  Theme and Water Park Ticket windows
    •  Lobby Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
    •  Guest Relations locations
    •  Guest Relations Location at Disney Springs
