Hey there, hi there, Kim! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by the panel with your question!
Congratulations on securing one of those coveted Magic Kingdom Park reservations! Magic Kingdom always seems to be the Theme Park that fills up the fastest on the Reservation Availability Calendar. Since Mickey is hosting a
Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that night, the Theme Park officially closes to Guests at 6 p.m. EST. Starting at 6 p.m. EST, Cast Members will begin escorting Guests who are not staying for the ticketed event towards the front of the Theme Park. With this in mind, I suggest making an in-park
dining reservation for just before 6 p.m. EST or right at 6 p.m. EST. This ensures that you will be able to fully enjoy your dining experience as there is no guarantee that you will be allowed to remain in the Theme Parks after the park closes. If 5:30 p.m. EST or 6 p.m. EST sound like early dinners for your party, I recommend looking for reservations at restaurants along the
monorail loop! There are a ton of dining options available at nearby resorts, and they’ll only require a short ride from the Theme Park. The best part is that you won’t feel a rush to finish your meal. You’ll get to savor every bite!
I hope this helps, Kim! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
