HI-we did not purchase park hopper passes. We did purchase a dining plan with one sit down meal and one quick service meal/snack etc. Does this mean if we want to go to Magic Kingdom on Day 1 we cannot dine at Epcot that same day?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are correct. If you don't have the Park Hopper option on your ticket, you cannot enter the Magic Kingdom and Epcot on the same day, even if you have dining reservations.  All dining reservations inside the parks require valid park admission.

We usually make our Disney dining reservations first, then plan our days around them to avoid having to travel much throughout the day.  Traveling between parks can take up a lot of time.

You can, however, make a dining reservation at a resort, leave the park to eat and then enter that same park.  For example, we have a day coming up with our FastPass+ reservations at the Magic Kingdom and a dinner reservation at 'Ohana.  We will leave the Magic Kingdom, take the monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for dinner and then go back to the park for the nighttime parades and fireworks.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
