Hi, We have been multiple times before but this is our first Christmas season at WDW. Do we need to do the Christmas after hours party or will we be able to see all the parades etc. on normal days? We are there 11th -21st December 2021. Thank you. Suzanne

Merry Christmas, Suzanne! It’s never too soon, right!? I’m glad to hear that you’ll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year!

You will be able to enjoy all of the merriment of the Christmas decorations at Magic Kingdom Park as a regular ticket holder! You will also get to enjoy the brand new Disney Enchantment nighttime show prior to needing to leave the park. However, there are some special perks for those attending the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event.

Regular ticket holders will need to leave Magic Kingdom Park prior to the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event. This event begins at 9:00 PM and concludes at 1:00 AM. However, event ticket holders are able to enter the park as early as 7:00 PM. This special ticket includes access to select attractions in Magic Kingdom Park, Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. The admission price also includes select snacks and beverages available throughout the park! All of these experiences are only available at the after hours event! That makes for a rather magical (and merry) night!
