    Hi, We would like to meet Disney Pals at the Sorcerer Hat. The times state from 9am. Generally do the characters get there are 9am or is it sometimes a little later. We thought we might head to the sorcerers hat first thing. Thanks

    In my experience, the characters are there right at the published time, and do follow the schedule printed in the times guide. It's always a good idea to be there right at the scheduled start of their appearance, so that you aren't disappointed.
