Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, is convenient and has many benefits including a close walk to
Disney Springs! Our grandson never misses a chance to add to his Star Wars collection by stopping by
Star Wars Galactic Outpost. His latest obsession, along with his mom, is collecting Star Wars pins! Now he loves to drop by every pin board he can find at Disney Springs and in the theme parks!
Natasha, the recent changes to the bus transportation and Sassagoula River Cruise at Disney Springs does affect the Good Neighbor Hotel Guests. Guests using a bus from Disney Springs to one of the Disney Resort hotels will be asked to show a valid Disney Resort hotel room key, a dining reservation at a resort, or an experience reservation at the resort they are going to visit. The Good Neighbor Hotels are not part of the Disney Resorts Collection, so you will need a dining confirmation or an experience reservation at a Disney resort to board a bus at Disney Springs.
Natasha, I know this wasn’t the answer you were hoping to hear. My recommendation would be to check with one of the rideshare companies for your travel from Disney Springs. There are dedicated accessible options available for wheelchair users on the major rideshare apps. I would download the app and pre-arrange the type of transportation that would work for your family.
