    Hi We live in the UK and are heading to Disney in July can we pre-order Magic bands so that we can collect them on arrival at the hotel

    Welcome back again to planDisney! 

    Disney bands, or MagicBands as they are known in the US are not able to be shipped internationally. International Guests cannot purchase them for delivery to a location in the United States. It's an item that is not sold to International Guests for some reason. They are not even for sale at the UK Disney Store! It is odd but it is true and I'm sorry to share this news with you. 

    Don't fret my friend! There are still ways to obtain a Disney band if your heart desires one! You can wait till you arrive in the United States and find them at various merchandise locations throughout the Parks and Disney Springs! I sometimes have the best luck finding a lovely one in the Walt Disney World Resort gift shop. My other favorite shop to find a great band is Disney's Pin Traders in Disney Springs. Try to time your visit to Disney Springs to enjoy Disney Dreams that Soar presented by AT&T. If weather permits it is an amazing drone show held twice a night that is just magical. I watched a recording of it and am astounded that such a show can occur. The technology in place to make that show happen is pretty fascinating and I can't wait to experience it.
