Hi, We are 2 families, a total of 6, 4 adults, 2 kids, who are planning a trip in June 2010 for 5 nights. we can't wait!!! What do you think, for the $$$$, would be the best hotel accommodations? Thanks for your help.

I think the best choice would be a cabin at Fort Wilderness Resort.  It sleeps 6, with 2 adults sharing a murphy bed (which folds up against the living room wall when not in use) and 2 adults and 2 children sharing the bedroom.  It also has a full kitchen and seating area.  As an added bonus, you will be able to save money by making some meals in the cabin.

My husband and I stayed with another family five years ago in one of the cabins.  I was 5 months pregnant and found the murphy bad to surprisingly comfortable.  My friends and I still talk about that vacation all the time.   There are also many activities to take advantage of at the resort include a campfire sing-a-long, biking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, etc.

    Enjoy your trip
