Hi, We are due to fly out next week for 11 nights in Disney to stay at animal kingdom lodge and my 2 year old has a yeast allergy. Has anyone dealt with a yeast allergy at Disney and managed to find plenty of yeast free food? Thanks Sam

Hi there, Michael, and welcome to planDisney! It's great that you've stopped by with this awesome question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort holiday. You're just a few short days away from your arrival, so now is a great time to think about all of the things that will help you have a seamless, stress-free vacation.

Michael, you'll be happy to know that there is a Special Diets Team at Walt Disney World Resort that should be able to help you as you make your plans for dining. They're so great to work with, and will hopefully be able to make some recommendations. Reach out to them by emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. Any time you visit a dining location, ask a helpful Cast Member for the ingredients list as well as their recommendations. The more information they have about your needs, the more they will be able to assist you.

You're also welcome to bring your own food to the parks. If you bring a cooler, remember that loose ice is not allowed in the parks. Find out more about what's allowed in the parks, including cooler size limits, on this helpful website.

Michael, I hope this is helpful to you as you count down these last few days to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I wish you safe travels as you make the journey to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Stop by planDisney anytime you have a question about your jolly holiday!

    See ya real soon!
