hi We are due to be at Disney for our first visit starting next week Saturday, 20th May. I have not received anything in the post as yet and am wondering if anything is in fact posted. I live in South Africa so our postal service is slow. thx

    Hi Yvonne,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to greet you and am especially happy to hear that you are from South Africa! Port Elizabeth and Cape Town are two of my favorite cities.

MagicBands and admission cards are not shipped to all countries. If your MagicBands have not arrived by the time you leave, you will receive them at the front desk of your resort hotel when you arrive.

Without your MagicBands, be sure to have your resort name and confirmation number available when checking in at Disney's Magical Express Transportation station in the airport. The Magical Express buses will take you to your resort. Keep in mind that the buses may stop at more than one resort. I always estimate that it will take my family at least an hour and a half to get out of the airport and to the resort hotel.

Since your trip is quickly approaching, I do hope you have made Fast Pass+ and Dining Reservations. Doing so will reduce your wait time in lines tremendously. If you have access to a mobile phone while here, remember to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App. The app will keep track of your dining and Fast Pass+ reservations as well as provide wait times for rides and directions to attractions. My family lives by the app!

Yvonne, I know how very long that flight from South Africa is, but magic awaits you at the end!

Pixie dust, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
