    Your daughter is a girl after my own heart! I've been a big fan of Figment for quite some time. You can call Merchandise Services toll free, 877-560-6477 or email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com . From what I understand, it's very helpful when you remember the store in which you saw the item. Do your best to describe the item, in your case, Figment. You might also want to guess about what size he was. The more information you are able to provide, the better your chances are at them being able to help.
