Welcome aboard, Angela!
How wonderful to hear that a fellow Californian will be sailing with Captain Mickey on the Disney Dream in November. You picked a great time for a voyage and your family will be enjoying the magic included in the
Very Merrytime Cruise this holiday season. There are lots of magical moments waiting to happen just for you!
As you already know, the special dining rotation on the Disney Cruise allows guests to enjoy the unique dining experiences on board. The main restaurants are beautifully decorated with whimsical design, and the food is wonderful. There are choices for picky eaters, and the most adventurous palates as well. Your dining rotation will actually be assigned to you when you check-in and board the ship. By this time though, you would have already been assigned to either the early dining or late dining schedule. Our family likes to have dinner at the late seating at 8pm. Mainly because of the time difference between California and the east coast.
Schedules might change, so make sure you check the Personal Navigator daily. This newsletter will be delivered to your stateroom each night. You can read through the following day's activities, and it will include your reminder for the suggested attire for the following day. On the 4-night cruises, the 1st and 4th nights are cruise casual usually. The 2nd night would be the optional dress-up night. The 3rd night is Pirate theme night - so remember to bring your pirate gear! This favorite themed evening brings everyone to the top decks after dinner for Disney's signature Pirates IN the Caribbean party and fireworks show. Don't miss it - there's nothing else out on the high seas like it.
There's so many activities onboard for the whole family... do let us know if you have other questions as you prepare for you voyage!
Happy planning!
