Hi We have the 14 day Disney magic ticket for our upcoming holiday. I was wondering if we wanted to visit one of the waterparks on a particular day and not go to one of the main parks, would this use one of our 14 days admission? Many thanks

    Hiya Kayleigh!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. Wow, Kayleigh, your magical vacation is coming so soon! How excited are you? I know that with the 50th anniversary and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival that just recently kicked off its 2022 season, I would be so excited if I were you.

Now let's talk about those truly magical tickets and what it means for your water park access. While it may seem like August would be towards the end of summer, Florida remains just as hot, if not hotter, than the previous months. Therefore, I am glad you are planning on using your tickets to the fullest by visiting the Water Parks! While you will not be required to make a theme park reservation to visit the Water Parks, entry will still need a valid ticket, which means you will be using one of your days from your ticket. However, if you want to park hop to one of the theme parks for fireworks later, you can make your theme park reservation for that park without worrying about park hopping availability!

Another way to stay cool during those hot months is to try some of the many refreshing treats that the Walt Disney World Resort offers! Indeed, no Disney vacation is complete without Dole Whip, in my opinion, and Magic Kingdom Park's Aloha Isle currently offers a celebratory dessert called the Tropical Serenade. This limited-time Dole Whip treat is one of the many treats offered during the World's Most Magical Celebration, which includes the famous POG juice (passion fruit, orange and guava juice). The Disney Parks Blog made an extensive list of all the special treats available for the 50th-anniversary celebration, so I highly recommend you check it out to see if you want to try anything special. Similarly, the EARidescent Sip-a-bration Minute Maid Premium Lemonade is the perfect way to add extra Disney magic to your day while also cooling down. This adorable non-alcoholic beverage can be found at select table-service restaurants, pool bars and lounges across Walt Disney World property, so keep an eye out for this limited-time offering!

I hope this was helpful, Kayleigh, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip or need some help to pass the time until your holiday, please don't hesitate to reach back out! We are always happy to help and share the Disney magic with you!

    Have a magical day,
