Hi Andrea!
My husband and I love to have a quiet dinner and then head to a park for a little bit to ride some attractions our kids usually don't want to. Who says Walt Disney World is just for kids? Not me!
Select Walt Disney World Resort hotels used to have Kids Clubs that provided drop off services and activities, but they have all been closed.
As an alternative, I highly recommend Kids Nite Out. We have used Kids Nite Out a few times when my kids were younger, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service. They come right to your Resort hotel for in-room babysitting with a background checked and trained sitter. The sitters can stay in your room while you are away or you can give them permission to walk around the hotel. They are not allowed to take them swimming, so no worries about water activities. Our sitters have come with age appropriate games to play and we have let them take our kids to the on-site quick-service restaurants to grab some food. Kids Nite Out requires advance reservations, so book online ahead of time.
I would love to offer a couple of suggestions, if you don't already have plans. Our favorite restaurant to visit without kids is
Yachtsman Steakhouse at
Disney's Yacht Club Resort. I have never had a bad meal there and the dessert is just as amazing. Afterwards, you can walk right over to
EPCOT. It looks like you'll be arriving for the final days of
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which runs from January 13 to February 20, 2023. The
Disney on Broadway Concert Series is my favorite part of this festival! You can even book it as a
dining package to include select EPCOT restaurants, so you'll have your entire evening set!
Whatever you choose to do, I'm sure it will be a magical time. Please stop back by if you have any additional questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
