Hi We booked our package thru a Travel Agent and are staying during the free breakfast period. Do we still get the free breakfast? Thank you Moms!

    Hi James David!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Thank you for sending in this question. I know that many of the major UK Tour Operators, along with the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, offered the free breakfast as part of the promotional offer for 2020 for Guests from the UK who are staying at one of the Walt Disney World Value Resort hotels with arrival dates between 1st January 2020-3rd October 2020, and if you booked your trip for within those dates and your travel agent was offering this package this should be detailed and confirmed on your booking invoice.  I would definitely speak with your travel agent to confirm your booking.  The offer of a free breakfast is one Quick-Service meal credit per person, per night of stay, exclusive to Guests from the UK, and it is my understanding that this can be used at any time of day, but I recommend you have this confirmed at check-in, just to be sure.

You may redeem your breakfast credit at any of the Quick-Service restaurants across the whole Resort - at the theme parks, the Disney Resort hotels or select locations at Disney Springs.  If you would like to pay extra to upgrade this free breakfast to a full Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan (which will give each person, per night of stay, 2 Quick-Service meals, 2 Snacks and a refillable drink mug which can be refilled at any of the Disney Resort hotels at the beverage stations), it is possible to do so, and I thoroughly recommend using the Disney Dining Plans for the convenience and value they offer, across the whole Resort.  To arrange any upgrades to your dining plan, please also call the UK Tour Operator with whom you booked your holiday.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
