    Hi, We have just booked to come in March 2012 from 2nd thru 16th. its our first ever time and we are boyond excited! what will the weather be like then and what about crowds? Any definate must see/dos for our 2 boys age 8 & 6 Thanks Claire

    Hi Claire,

    Congratulations on booking your first Disney vacation!!! I know how excited you must be!!!

    The weather in March is nice.  It isn't too hot.  The average temperature during the day is in the 70's and can get into the mid 50's at night.  Check the long range forecast before you leave so you have an idea of what weather to expect and how to pack.  The crowds do pick up a bit in March because of spring break. If you are staying at Walt Disney World resort take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours! 

    Must-do's....as much as you possibly can! What we do is pick a park each day and spend the day/night there. We do all of the rides and try to book our dining reservations at the park for that day.

    Your boys will definitely love the Magic Kingdom as well as Disney's Hollywood Studios, especially if they are fans of Star Wars, Phineas and Ferb!!

    Character dining is a fantastic way to see your favourite characters. My kids love having a meal with their favourite characters!! make sure you bring an autograph book and your camera!

    Make sure you take in the parades and fireworks - it really is a spectacular display!!!

    When you arrive, pick up a Times Guide to see all the show times, park hours, character meet and greet locations.
