Hi We are booked for breakfast with the Winnie the Pooh characters on my birthday 3rd November. Are there any special birthday things I should plan or a way of organising a gluten free cake for that day?

    Hello there, Becky!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us a Tigger-iffic Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. The only thing better than a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is celebrating a magical special event there! I bet you're counting down the days until your arrival. We'll have you ready for your Walt Disney World Resort holiday before you can even say "Oh, bother!"

It sounds like you'll be enjoying a bountiful breakfast buffet amidst Hundred Acre Wood pals very soon, Becky. How delightful! The Crystal Palace is one of my family's favorite dining experiences in all of Walt Disney World Resort property. Between the Mickey-shaped churro waffles and the adorable Winnie the Pooh characters, this spot is not-to-be-missed during breakfast time! Celebration cakes can be arranged for Guests dining at most Table-Service restaurants, including The Crystal Palace, however, these are not allergy-friendly. Instead, I recommend placing an order for a cake with Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC at Disney Springs as soon as you arrive on-site. All of their delectable baked goods are allergy-friendly - but you'd never guess! You can inquire about pick-up/delivery availability and pricing by reaching out via email to bakeryorders@erinmckennasbakery.com.

Becky, don't forget to pick up a complimentary celebration button from any Guest Relations location once you arrive on-site. This will allow other Guests and Cast members to celebrate your special occasion alongside you! Also, be sure to denote your special event on your Table-Service dining reservations at the time of check-in. While never guaranteed, you never know when pixie dust might fly...

I hope you've found these recommendations helpful, Becky. I'm sending you off with the warmest of birthday wishes and a Winnie the Pooh-sized hug! If you have any additional questions before or during your happy holiday, you can always revisit us right here at planDisney. We're always happy to help you think, think, think things through!

    Ta ta for now,

    Lauren
