    Hi, We are in the beginning stages of planning a trip to Disney and it will be falling during Easter. Does Disney World offer any special events on Easter Sunday? Thanks in advance

    Hi Mia,

    I've heard that spending Easter Sunday at Walt Disney World is one of the most amazing memories you can give your family. You are going to have a wonderful time!

    While I've never visited during Easter, I did some research to find out what special events were offered this past Easter Sunday.

    You will want to inquire with your Resort hotel if they will offer special events for their guests. This past Easter, some resorts had Disney characters in Easter costumes, offered Easter egg hunts and other special Easter crafts for little princes and princesses to enjoy.

    Within the parks, Epcot had Easter Egg Hunt throughout World Showcase. Guests purchased a map and stickers for 4.95. If you returned your completed map to Disney Traders, you were able to be part of an egg-scramble and picked a prize. Magic Kingdom offered a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny!
