    Hi,we will be arriving before check in time.Could we have them hold our luggage and go to a park? Thanks a bunch

    Hi Janice,

    You can actually specify an arrival time when you are doing an online check-in for your Walt Disney World Resort (even if it's approximate).   If you aren't doing on-line check in please call your resort and have them make the early arrival note on your reservation.   Although they really try their best to accommodate early arrivals the resorts are unable to guarantee that your room will be ready when you arrive before regular check in time.

    If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services at your resort.   They will deliver it straight to your room when it is ready.
