I am sorry that you are having issues linking your tickets, but thankfully there are a few things we can try that might fix this! First, if you are using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, I would suggest logging into your account on your desktop instead, and vice versa. I have found that when there is a bug with a feature on My Disney Experience, using a different device usually fixes the issue! Once you are logged into your account, you would either hover your cursor over the "
My Disney Experience" tab and click on "My Plans," or click on the three bars at the bottom right of your screen, then on "My Profile" and "Memberships & Passes." Then, you will be able to click either on "
Add More Plans" on the website or on "Link a Main Entrance Pass" on the mobile app. To link your tickets, you will have to enter the ticket number that would be behind the ticket or in your confirmation email. If this does not work, I would highly recommend
contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers and I always turn to them when I have questions!
After you have linked your tickets, you will be able to
make theme park reservations and plan your itinerary. To do so, make sure to look at the calendar with
the theme park availabilities so that you will not have any surprises when making your reservations! In addition, if you chose to purchase tickets with the
Park Hopper Option, you will only have to make theme park reservations for the first park you intend to visit each day. Then, you will be free to park hop starting at 2 P.M. though park-hopping might be subject to park capacity. In my opinion, the best way to organize your itinerary and have all your plans easily accessible from anywhere is to download the My Disney Experience mobile app if you do not have it already! It truly makes visiting the parks so much more convenient.
