Hello there, moms!! Were are hitting WDW the week AFTER Easter this year. We figured so ring break would be over and the kids back in school/we could expect smaller crowds. Was this a safe assumption? Thanks so much!!

    Hi Lisa!

Unfortunately, the parks will probably still be very crowded until the end of the week after Easter; i.e. they probably won't be much lower until the following weekend.

I recommend getting to the parks first thing in the morning!  I always try to get to the parks at least 30 minutes before their posted official opening time.  I find that I can usually get a lot more things done in the morning than I can in the afternoon when the parks are really crowded.

I'm also a big fan of having a good touring plan that minimizes the amount of time you have to wait in line.  There are a lot of good plans out there, but I really recommend the plans developed by TouringPlans.com.  They're the team behind "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World".  Their recommendations are based on a lot of math and years of data collection.  As an engineer, I'm a big fan of their work!

    Have a great trip!
