    Sheryl from CA Asked

Hi This has probably been asked a million times before, but I'm not seeing it -- I have a ticket for Disneyland on May 7. Is it possible to upgrade that to a Park Hopper for the day? If so, where and how would I do that? Thank you. Sherry

    Hi Sheryl!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR. Thank you so much for sending us this Disneyland Resort planning question!

Oh, I'm so excited that you have a visit to Mickey's original house planned so soon, Sheryl! Let's see, have you already made your Park Pass Reservations, thought about Dining Reservations, and read about the new complimentary Disney Genie and additional purchase Disney Genie+ add-on? If yes then it sounds like you're good to go!

1-Park Per Day Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets can be upgraded to Park Hoppers. However, at the current time, this can only be done by either calling the Disneyland Ticket Helpline or by waiting to upgrade in person. Waiting until you're in person might be faster than waiting on hold on the phone, but you also run the risk of Park Hopper tickets selling out for the day. Your best bet is to call. The phone number is (714) 781-4636. However, if you'd like to chance it and make the upgrade while you're at The Happiest Place on Earth, the best time to do that would be after the morning or afternoon rushes cool off, which are about two to three hours after the theme parks open, and again around 3:00 PM as parking hopping starts at 1:00 PM. To make this upgrade in person you'll go to the Ticket Booths which are located directly between the two theme park turnstile entrances. I'm also hoping that this type of upgrade can one day be made in the Disneyland Mobile App!
