Hi, Kata!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

As the parent of a child with special needs, I really appreciate the way Walt Disney World Resort goes above and beyond to make the magic accessible to everyone.  When we visit the Walt Disney World theme parks with my son, we utilize Disability Access Service.  Disability Access Service is meant for guests whose disability or health condition prevents them from waiting in a traditional queue environment.

If you would like to look into using Disability Access Service at Walt Disney World Resort, when you arrive at any of the theme parks, stop by Guest Relations to speak to a Cast Member.  While you will not be asked to provide any documentation of your health condition, the Cast Member will ask you a few questions about your needs to determine which accommodations you might benefit from.  If it is decided that you will be using Disability Access Service, the Cast Member will need to scan the MagicBands or admission cards of everyone in your travel party to set this up.

When you wish to use Disability Access Service to experience an attraction, please speak to a Cast Member at that attraction's entrance.  The Cast Member will scan your MagicBand or admission card and assign you a ride return time based on the current standby wait time for that attraction.  You may return to experience that attraction any time after your given return time.  You and your travel party will scan your MagicBands or admission cards at the FastPass+ entrance and board the attraction using the FastPass+ queue.  Once you have used your return time for that attraction, you may obtain a return time at another attraction.

Kata, if there is anything else that we can help you with as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please visit us again.  Have a magical day!
