Hi Zahra! Welcome to planDisney.
In one week, you will be arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. While exploring the theme parks, make your own scavenger hunt looking for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection sculptures. You can find my favorite guy, Donald Duck in front of
Cinderella Castle at
Magic Kingdom Park.
Sounds like you booked a vacation package with a
Disney Resort Collection hotel stay and
Theme Park Tickets. Your hotel reservations and Theme Park Tickets should show up in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." If you do not see your tickets, tap on the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." Enter your confirmation number or scan any code included in your confirmation email. Next, look under "Future Plans" to locate your hotel reservation. Again, if for some reason you do not see it, scroll to the bottom and tap "Link to Account" and follow prompts to link with the same confirmation number. If these steps do not solve your issue, please call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservation Help Center.
A friendly reminder both a valid Theme Park Ticket and
Disney Park Pass Reservation are required to visit the four theme parks. If you did in fact complete your Theme Park Reservation this should be visible under the "Future Plans" section on the mobile app. If you have not completed this important step, please do so as soon as possible. Here is the
availability calendar to verify your dates.
To enter the theme parks, you may create a
Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass on the app by selecting "Disney MagicMobile," tapping the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, selecting your guest name, and following the prompts. Once created you can add your digital pass to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. If using an Apple device, I always recommend you set your digital pass to "Express Mode" which will eliminate the need to unlock your device at the gates. Alternatively, you can always go "old school" and stop by any ticket booth outside of all parks for a complimentary ticket card. Please have your photo ID, confirmation of purchase, and the original form of payment.
I am "Wishing Upon a Star" you have the most magical vacation. Stop by your resort desk or any Guest Relations and ask for a "My First Visit" complimentary button. Cast Members will always be available to assist you along the way.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
