    Hi-Thinking of booking a concierge level room at Beach Club or Boardwalk for next trip, what does it include & still worth it if have dining plan? Also, how much do you tip the concierge staff?? Rookies here and need your expertise. Thanks bunches!

    Hi Angie! The Club Level experience is definitely a treat worth indulging in at least once! It's pampered service like nothing else. We recently stayed at the Club Level at Disney's Contemporary Resort and loved it!

    Club Level amenities include personalized front desk and guest services, evening turndown, and refreshments in the private lounge from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.  The morning kicks off with a continental breakfast followed by light snacks, then wine and cheese with dinner appetizers. The evening ends with cordials and mini desserts.

    While you can eat as much as you like, you should still plan for appropriate dining options for at least lunch and dinner. We didn't do a dining plan, but I packed cold cuts and other quick meal items for lunch and we had dinner out every night after snacking on appetizers in the Club Level lounge.

    The front desk cast members are great with helping to make reservations and other itinerary plans so definitely use them. Housekeeping staff was amazing too! A good rule of thumb for tipping is about $3 per person per day. We had new housekeeping staff every day so to avoid things getting tricky I left the tip each day when we left for the parks. Bell Services and Housekeeping staff are the only ones that accept tip on the Club Level.

    In addition to refreshments available throughout the day, with Club Level you also have access to the premiere health club and Concierge service at the Stone Harbor Club at Disney's Beach Club Resort and Concierge service at the Innkeepers Club at Disney's BoardWalk Inn Resort.
