Hi,thanks for all the wonderful advice you have always given me :) Planning Oct trip, no Disney Dining plan boo hoo. Planning some GC and credit card, can I still pay with cash as well? How much would you recommend for the cash part? is cash acceptable?

    Hi Stacey!

October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! I think that many feel the same way about the Disney Dining Plan because it is such a great value.

Based on what you have described, you are on the right track because credit cards and Disney Gift Cards are still acceptable forms of payment. Yes, cash will continue to be accepted, but it is recommended that you use more cashless payment options, when possible. Personally, I recommend bringing about $200 in cash, depending on the length of your stay. We often bring that amount in the event we want to leave a tip or want to make a quick purchase.

Please be sure to let us know how we can further assist you; we are here to help.

    Have a magical time!
