    Hi. Someone once told me about eating at a restaurant with windows that had animals on the other side. I can't seem to find it on the Disney World Website. Help!

    Hi Nancy!  From the description in your question, I believe the restaurant you are looking for is Sanaa, located in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village. This restaurant serves lunch and dinner in African and Indian style, with a few traditional items thrown in for the less adventurous.  While I have not personally dined here, I have heard very good things about the food and atmosphere.  There are large windows which look out onto the Sunset Savanna and many of the tables are right next to these windows or very nearby. You can request a Savanna view table, but this is not guaranteed. 

    Something you may also be interested in is the Dine With Animal Specialists lunch that is also offered at Sanaa.  At a private table overlooking the Savanna, you will enjoy a 4-course lunch while talking to a Disney Animal Specialist who will tell you lots of fun facts, information and answer any questions you may have.  After lunch you will be taken for an up-close encounter with some tortoises.  These lunches are limited to 12 guests and advance reservations are highly recommended.  The link above has a full description of this special dining experience.

    Reservations for either can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407)963-3463, or you can use online Disney Dining Reservations.  These can be made up to 180 days in advance of your arrival date if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, or 180 days ahead of the day you wish to dine, if not staying on-site.
