Hello there, Kata! Thank you for sailing our way with your question. Welcome!
I'm so glad you stopped by, as it's so important to have your
Travel Documentation in shipshape before you head to the port. When it comes to filling out entry forms or an entry visa based on your nationality, it is the Guest's responsibility to complete the documentation. Disney Cruise Line will not do this for you.
As you head to the port, please make sure to have your Travel Documentation in the day bag that you will carry on to the ship. You can leave the rest of your suitcases with the luggage porters at the port, and the suitcases will be delivered to your stateroom in the afternoon. It's a great idea to keep anything you'd like to use for the first few hours onboard the ship in your day bag. For my family, that includes swimsuits so we can enjoy the pools and the
AquaMouse right away!
Once you are onboard the
Disney Treasure, you can use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to view your dining rotation and all of the scheduled activities and entertainment offerings for your sailing. The app will point your compass toward all of the fun onboard. I invite you to play, relax, and enjoy the world-class service that Disney Cruise Line offers. Have an amazing adventure!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
