Hi Received our e tickets by mail, we booked a one day two parks. Are these enough to use to enter an switch the parks or do we need to link them to a site or app?

Hey there, hi there, Randa! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've reached out to us for your planning questions!

The final countdown is on for your upcoming visit to Disneyland! I am so excited for you. If you received your tickets by mail they should be good enough for entry if they have a barcode on them for the Cast Member to scan. You can also take that ticket ID number and link it to your Disney account if it is not already. A ticket can be linked on the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app.

I am not sure where you purchased your tickets, so I want to make sure you are aware that tickets require theme park ticket reservations. Reservations are required along with tickets for entry into the parks. These can be made once your tickets are linked to your Disney account through the website or app as well. If you purchased your tickets directly through Disneyland you would have picked your dates and reservations would be made during the purchase process.

I highly recommend downloading the Disneyland app once you get to Anaheim if you are able. This will help you navigate the parks and has lots of useful tools to make the most of your day.

Randa, thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a magical visit!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
