Hi Barbara!
I was so delighted to see that you visited us again, and asked more wonderful questions! If I'm remembering correctly, you'll be setting sail on the
Disney Dream, right? Your cruise is right around the corner! I'm getting super excited for your upcoming voyage and I'm not even sailing with you!
My family and I have requested items different from what was on the menu during dinner at our Main Dining restaurants and our Servers have always gone above and beyond to accommodate any of our requests. I don't see that being any different while dining at
Palo! I suggest making a reservation in advance and once you arrive on embarkation day, double checking that the same accommodations for ordering something different than what's on the menu will be honored at Palo. You are able to cancel your Palo reservations up to 24 hours in advance with no penalties. If you book a reservation for the second night of your cruise or beyond, this should give you enough time to inquire about your husband being served a baked potato and plain steak before the 24-hour cut-off for cancellations.
Currently, dinner at Palo is $30.00 per person. If you are interested in a wine pairing with dinner, it is an additional charge of $59.00 per person on top of the cost of dinner ($89.00 per person, total). I also want to mention that these prices do not include gratuities.
Thank you for stopping back and visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Barbara! Palo is a beautiful restaurant. You and your husband are in for such a special night!
