Hi,planning our first trip to WDW we only have 2 days and there are 3 adults in our group. WE just want to do the MK. What things would you suggest to make the most out of our trip. Thanks so much!

    Hi Richyl.

With 2 full days you'll have no problem experiencing all the attractions & shows at Magic Kingdom! To augment your trip something 'extra,' consider a special dining experience or a behind-the-scenes tour.

Dinner at California Grill on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary resort followed by watching the Wishes fireworks display from the outdoor observation deck, is an amazing experience I'd highly recommend. Getting there from Magic Kingdom is a quick & easy ride - just one stop on the monorail, or a short, pleasant walk.

Alternatively or for your other evening, consider the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party and enjoy reserved seating & comfort while you take in Wishes and enjoy desserts, coffees & tea.

A great complement to a Magic Kingdom day may include the Keys to the Kingdom Tour which is open only to 'adult' guests & includes an unforgettable highlight - touring the "Utilidor" tunnel system. This tour is 3+ hours in duration.

If you're open to seeing some of the other magic Disney has to offer, consider the amazing Backstage Magic tour. During this 6-8 hour guided tour of all 4 parks, you'll experience behind the scenes details & technology secrets as well as a tour of the "Utilidor" tunnel system beneath Magic Kingdom. The tour includes lunch and is open to guests over 16 years only. This tour would be VERY high on my personal "must-do" list if I were traveling in an adult party.

Cap off one of your days with a visit to the Downtown Disney Area for shopping, entertainment, nightlife and many more fantastic dining experiences!

Dining options can be reserved online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE and tours may be reserved by speaking with a Cast Member at (407) WDW-TOUR.

Wishing you a Magical time on your First Walt Disney World vacation Richyl!
