Hi Our family is going to Vero Beach. The kids discovery club ranges from kids 4-12 I believe? My daughter turns 4 2 weeks after our trip. Are they as flexible with the age as they are on the cruise? Thanks!!

Hi Ilya! Disney's Vero Beach Resort is one of our favorites, you won't find a more quaint and welcoming atmosphere - it's bliss.

Even though your daughter is on her way to being a real "big" kid because of liability concerns, she actually has to be 4 years old to participate in the Disney Discovery Club. I know all to well because my little ones wanted to join their older siblings when we were there last spring. But don't worry there are a lot of fun things specially tailored for younger kids. My twins enjoyed arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, games and exciting nature activities...they are now budding sea turtle experts!

Activities for ages 3 and up start early and go throughout the day so boredom is not an option. The Mickey shaped pool and pirate plunge slide is sure to please! Another fun thing is the  "UnBirthday" celebration party, your daughter will have a ball.

BUT don't forget about the best thing at Disney's Vero Beach...the BEACH! There's nothing like taking in the beautiful scene of the coast from your beach-side cabana. Trust me you're going to love it.

I wish you fun in the sun and a magical vacation.
