Hi, Our family has a reservation/tickets for 6 people for two days-CA and DL. Grandma will not be going given the current Omicron situation, but the remaining 5 of us still plan to go. Can she use her ticket at a later date? What need we do?

Hakuna Matata, Arlene, it means no worries!

Of course, grandma can hang onto her ticket to use at a later date. You’ll want to store it in a safe place until she’s ready to use it. According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, wholly unused and expired theme park tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket that is equal to or greater than the current value of your existing ticket. So as long as you take care of that unused ticket, there’s nothing to worry about!

Arlene, make sure you all take plenty of pictures to show grandma when you all return! That’s my grandma’s one request, pictures. She loves seeing my kids grow up in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle

An easy way to get you all in one picture is by purchasing Disney PhotoPass. Plus you’ll get all your attraction photos as well. Those are usually the funniest!

I hope this has put your worries to rest, Arlene! Enjoy your visit and hang on to that extra ticket!
