Hi there, Jessica!
Welcome, and thanks for sending
planDisney this great
Disneyland Resort ticket question. The gates to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are open again, and I bet you can’t wait to get back to the magic after the long closures!
Many
theme park ticket expiration dates have been extended, so there’s a good chance the extension applies to your tickets. Unused, non-promotional single-day tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021. If your tickets expired outside of these dates but they were not used for park entry, you should still be able to use the amount you paid originally as credit toward new tickets at the current prices.
I suggest that you link the tickets to your account on
Disneyland.com or with the
Disneyland mobile app to check their current expiration date. Also, keep in mind that Guests must have a valid theme park ticket linked to their Disney account to make a
theme park reservation using the online system that launched recently. If you have any issues linking the tickets or have other questions regarding their use, please call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636.
I hope this helps, Jessica, and that your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth makes all your pixie-dusted dreams come true! Please ask us any other planning questions you have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
