Hi,our checkout time at The Wilderness Lodge will be at 11 am but, we don't fly out from Orlando until 6pm. I was told they could hold our bags while we went to Downtown Disney until it was time to leave. Is that accurate and who actually holds the bags?

HI there Heather!  Sounds like you have an exciting vacation in your future! Wilderness Lodge is one of my favorite resorts and I just know you'll fall in love with it too!

You are absolutely correct when it comes to being able to store your bags!  When you're ready to check-out, simply call Bell Services from your -n-room telephone.  When they arrive to collect your baggage, just let them know that you will be needing to stow it while you enjoy the parks before your departure.

At this time, the Bell Man will inventory each item and give you a claim ticket for each.  Your bags will be safely stored behind lock and key until your return!  Many guests do this, so the Bell Services Cast Members will be familiar with how to handle your request!

    Best Wishes,
