Hi, My wife and I are considering participating in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend in 2016. We have two princesses that will be ages 8 and 10 at the time of the event. Are there specific daycare options during the race? Thanks

    Hi, Dale!

As a mother of three, I completely understand the need to work out the logistics of race-actioning with little ones - it adds a whole new element to your planning.

When needing childcare while you and your queen are running, your princesses will be safe and sound under the care of Kid's Nite Out, a Disney-endorsed in-room childcare service. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And with a 2:30am race morning wake-up call, you'll be glad you won't have to disturb your girls. For more information, select the highlighted link above. I also recommend booking as soon as you know you will need their certified childcare providers to assist you; they book quickly during runDisney event weekends as there is no on-property Walt Disney World childcare options during the hours you will be participating in the race.

I hope this information helps as you begin planning, Dale! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any additional questions you may have.
