    Hi, My son and I are taking our first trip to Disney World. We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I was wondering how often the Disney transportation goes to and from Disney Springs? Thanks!

    I am so happy to hEAR you have an upcoming stay planned at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. This is one of my families favorite Disney Resorts. This unique Resort is so well themed that you literally will feel as if you have been transported to a luxurious African safari lodge. Many Cast Members at the Resort are actually from various parts of Africa and are delighted to share stories about what it is like to live there. Cast Members also host various cultural activities and animal discovery sessions held daily throughout the Lodge. I highly recommend that you take the time to participate if you can; it will really enhance your stay.

    I am also thrilled that you are planning a visit to Disney Springs. This recently re-imagined mecca of dining, shopping and entertainment choices offers something for everyone. It is a definite must-do for my family each trip! 

    Complimentary Disney bus transportation will be available from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Disney Springs on a regular basis, approximately every 20 minutes. In the bus waiting area just outside the main lobby entrance you will find comfortable benches and television monitors which will display expected arrival times for the next Disney bus for each destination, including Disney Springs. In no time at all, your bus should be pulling up to take you there in style!
