Hi, My sister is a florida resident and I'm not. She would like to purchase a florida resident ticket for my daughters bday.. Does my sister need to be with us on the first day at the park to redem the voucher or can I do it? Thank you

    Hey Kristie!

How wonderful to visit Walt Disney World for your daughter's birthday!  She's going to have the most magical of days!  Make sure you get her a "Happy Birthday" button from the ticketing window or Guest Relations office.  She'll truly feel like a princess when everyone stops to wish her a happy birthday!

Unfortunately, non-Florida Residents are unable to use the special Florida Resident ticket specials.  Guests must each present a valid Florida Resident ID in order to use the tickets.  You can see all of the requirements for using Florida Resident tickets here:
    http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/florida-residents/validation-requirements/

I hope your daughter has the most memorable, magical, amazing birthday!  Please come back and see us again real soon.

    Pixie Dust,
    Ashley
