    Hi My question is about the Fort Wilderness Cabins. Do they have AC? Do they have a pool on site? I have a family of 5 and thinking of going end of July 09. Children ages are 11, 7, 17mths. Thank you in advance Eileen

    Hi Eileen!  The Fort Wilderness cabins offer the same amenities as any of the other moderate resorts on property.  That includes air conditioning and maid service!  So when you leave for the parks in the morning with your breakfast dishes in the sink you will return to find them magically washed and put away!

    A family of five will be quite comfortable in a cabin. Click here for a list of the amenities for this type of accommodation.   The Fort Wilderness area is very unique and has many repeat guests.  There is an abundant variety of recreation including several pools, boating, archery, petting area, pony and horseback rides, Segway tours, and more.  There is a variety of dining right there with some even including characters as well as a store to purchase the basic needs to keep in your cabin.  Many families love the savings they can have by eating several meals right at "home".

    I am excited to be staying at the cabins for the first time in May.  I know I will love this different type of Disney experience!
