Thank you for sending us this question, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I love the My Disney Experience service and truly could not survive visiting the theme parks without my My Disney Experience mobile app. It just makes everything so convenient and accessible!
I also love
My Disney Experience because it gives us Guests so much autonomy, and thankfully, there is something we can do to fix this issue for you! My suspicion, in this case, is that you might have accidentally created another account or profile for yourself. First, we will need to ensure that you have access to both. Second, you will connect the two profiles to each other's
Family & Friends Lists. To do so, log into one of the accounts and enter the email associated with the other account. If the profiles are both on the same account, you will not need to do this. Third, log into the account with the theme park tickets and click on "My Reservations." You should be able to locate your tickets and have the option to
reassign your ticket. Lastly, reassign the ticket to your other profile and use that same profile for all your reservations. When all of your reservations are on the same account, you can even delete the duplicate account you do not want to use by going into your Account Settings in your Profile. If you need help with any of these steps, please don't hesitate to
reach out to a Disney representative. Indeed, I often reach out to Cast Members via chat, email or phone for issues like this, as they are able to fix the issue for you directly in your account.
Now, Edel, I thought I might share a few of my other favourite tricks that can be done when using the My Disney Experience mobile app. The feature I use the most is by far the
Mobile Food Orders at my favourite quick-service restaurants and other food locations. Indeed, you could be in line for your favourite attraction, on Disney transportation or in bed slowly waking up and still get your meals ready to go when you are. I truly use this feature all the time, and you can even pay with Disney Gift Cards! Another feature I absolutely love is the
Disney MagicMobile Service. I constantly forget to put on my MagicBand, so being able to use my iPhone to tap into the parks and not having to wait in line at Guest Relations is truly a lifesaver. You can also find this service in the three-line menu.
