I'm sorry to hear your Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass is in a penalty state. You are always welcome to visit the Disneyland Resort, however, I'm not sure you will be able to use your Magic Key Discounts or parking benefit while your Inspire Key is suspended. It's my understanding that the benefits attached to a Magic Key are only eligible to be used when the pass is active and valid. For your situation, I recommend calling the Magic Key Membership Services Line at (714) 781-7277 to speak with a Cast Member before you plan to visit.
