Hi, My husband and I will be sailing on the Fantasy in April 2012. We loved the Rainforest Room on the Magic but my husband had a hard time resting his head on the lounge chair (he's 6'3") are the lounge chairs on the Dream/Fantasy the same size?

    Hi, Jane!

Congratulations on your cruise next year on the Disney Fantasy -- you are quite fortunate to be of the first guests to sail this beautiful new addition to the Disney Cruise Line fleet!

I've searched high and low for an absolute answer to your question, but to be perfectly honest, the lounge chairs at Senses Spa for the Disney Fantasy are still in production. I did have a chance to lie on one of the ones on the Disney Dream when I was on a tour this spring, and they seemed plenty big to me.  Yet, I'm only 5'7" -- I wish I had made my 6'3" husband try one out!

If I had to guess, I think your big guy is going to be more comfortable on the lounge chairs at Senses Spa on the Disney Fantasy, and of course, there's plenty of amenities to choose from in the Rainforest Room anyway.  It's a great getaway on the ship, and one of my favorite places to spend my alone time on a Disney cruise.

Let me know if you have more questions before you sail. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation.

    Bon voyage,

    Andi
