Hi, my husband and I are coming to WDW 04/26/12-05/02/12. Any suggestions on the top restaurants to visit, especially in downtown disney? We're pretty easy going! And any advice on the weather? Thanks!

Hi Shannon! Downtown Disney is full of great restaurant choices. Two of my favorites include Fulton's Crab House and Portobellos. You can find great fresh fish and seafood options at Fulton's and at Portobello's you will have great Italian fare. Portobello's has a more quiet atmosphere as Fulton's can be a bit noisy and tables are close together. Two other choices include Paradiso and Raglan Road as they offer a more casual atmosphere. The weather continues to get warmer and warmer and temps will generally be in the mid 80's. Nights will remain warmer too although you can still get a cool evening so suggest you bring light wraps if you are out and about after dusk. And we are talking about Florida weather so anything goes from a week of unusually cold temps to a week of higher then normal heat waves! Be aware that you are also getting into the rainy season so a shower is not unexpected. Either pack a light raincoat or jacket or plan on purchasing one of the great Disney ponchos if mother nature decides to rain on your parade. You shouldn't find yourself in a raincoat the entire vacation but it is good to be prepared. You have chosen a great time to visit. Spring break crowds have gone and graduation groups not yet descending in mass. Weather ane humidity not too hot and lines manageable! Relax and enjoy a great Disney vacation!
