Hello, Cindy, thanks for stopping by with this intriguing question. Dining at exciting and new (to me) restaurants is one of my favorite things to do while on vacation at Walt Disney World.
I think the following locations would be the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening out. Each has an amazing menu with delectable options. My first recommendation would be
Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge. This breathtaking restaurant has views of Bay Lake and gorgeous artwork. It's menu is filled with tastes of the Pacific Northwest. Their cedar plank salmon is probably one of my favorite dishes in all of Walt Disney World and their rack of lamb is simply mouthwatering. You will feel like you have been transformed to this wooded coastal region in the blink of an eye. Next on my list of suggestions would be
Jiko-The Cooking Place at Animal Kingdom Lodge. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here several years ago. While my husband tried several appetizers along with a flatbread as his meal, I indulged in the filet mignon, all of which were beyond our expectations. The extensive wine list comprised mostly of South African vintages is also a huge draw to this wonderful restaurant. Last, but certainly not least is
Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian. This waterfront dining spot is a bit more casual in feel, but the food is not casual by any means and the menu boasts stellar seafood options. Depending on the timing of your reservation, your dinner could fall around the time of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom or the nightly Electrical Water Pageant.
May the memories you create on your night out last a lifetime!
