Hi,,,my husband and I are bringing our boys ages 12 and 9 to WDW the 1st week of March. My question is with my boys being the age they are, do you think the Photopass is still a good idea. Initially I thought yes, but know I am second guessing myself.

    Hello Holli!

I love using the PhotoPass! I think it's great because your entire family is able to be in the pictures - instead of the person with the camera being left out.
Stopping to get your photo taken usually only takes a minute or two, and they will be memories that you can always look back on. Years from now, you will be able to look through the pictures and remember the fantastic vacation you enjoyed together as a family. I don't think anyone is ever too old or too young to capture these memories!
I usually pre-order the PhotoPass CD from home before we leave on our trip. If you pre-order, you get a 25% discount. They will e-mail you a code which you will enter once you return home and are ready to order your pictures. The best thing about the pre-order is that if you decide you don't want the CD after all - maybe you didn't get enough pictures to justify the price - then you can get a complete refund. You can get more information about pre-ordering the CD HERE.
Also, once you load your photos on the PhotoPass site, you can add Disney borders or character autographs to the pictures. On our last trip, we had over 200 original photos taken and I turned them into almost 1,000 by adding borders and things! We stopped at almost every photographer we came across, and I am really glad that I will always have these pictures to look back on.
