Hi, My family of 4 will be going to WDW in September this year, we are booking from Australia is it possible to have Magic Bands sent to Australia so we can start pre booking rides etc with the fast pass? If not is there any way this can be done. Thanks

    Hi Susan,

Unfortunately, Disney will not mail your MagicBands to Australia. You'll receive them at check-in when you arrive at your hotel.

But no worries, even without the bands you can still make FastPass+ selections in advance. To do this, log into your My Disney Experience account on On the top right of the page, find the My Disney Experience tab. Scroll down to the "Plan and Manage" section to "My Reservations and Tickets." You can input your hotel and park ticket confirmation numbers here. (If you've purchased a vacation package, this may already have been done for you.)

Once the hotel and ticket information is input you'll be able to make FastPass+ selections. (Up to 60 days in advance for Disney resort guests.) Do this by clicking on the FastPass+ section in the "Plan and Manage" area.

You can tinker with your FP+ selections prior to your visit, as well as once you get to the parks.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
